Privacy Policy — BAKŠIŠ
This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected in the mobile application BAKŠIŠ (“the App”), developed by Djordje Vlajic. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this document.
1. Information We Collect
The App collects the following categories of personal data:
- Google Sign-In Data: first name, last name, email address.
- Registration Data (if user signs up manually): full name, email, password, bank account number (required), phone number (optional).
- Additional Optional Data: phone number during profile setup.
2. Why We Collect This Information
Collected data is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- To create and manage user accounts.
- To allow users to log into the App and use its features.
- To identify the user when sending or receiving payments (bank account number is required for this functionality).
- To allow the user to contact the administrator through the in-app Settings section.
3. Data Storage and Security
All collected data is stored securely in our system and is used solely within the App. We apply commercially reasonable protection measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or misuse of your data.
4. Data Sharing with Third Parties
We do not share, sell, or distribute any personal data to third parties. The only external service used is Google Sign-In for authentication. The data obtained from Google is used solely to create and identify user accounts within the App.
5. User Rights
Users have the right to:
- Request account deletion.
- Request correction of personal data.
- Request information about stored personal data.
Users can request deletion of their account directly inside the App through the Settings → Contact Administrator section, by sending a message to the administrator.
6. Data Retention
User data is retained only while the user has an active account. Once an account deletion request is submitted, all personal data is permanently deleted.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
